  1. Create a company
  2. Create a contact
  3. Create a project
  4. Store relevant documents and emails against a project
  5. Monitor a projects progress (plan and report to client)
  6. Record and submit time spent on a project
  7. Approve timesheets


Phases Depending on the Phase you select certain data is mandatory. The system expects a project to go through phases. When you try to go straight to active you will trigger a number of these
